Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located in a complex with a heated pool right next to the ocean and golf course. It is ideal not only for golfers but also for more demanding travelers and families with children. From the living room there is an entrance to the terrace (southwest orientation) with comfortable seating and a covered retractable awning. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary dishes and appliances for preparing food and coffee (nespresso coffee machine - for capsules). The two bedrooms facing south-east are equipped with beds (1x double bed and 2x single beds) and built-in wardrobes. From one bedroom there is an entrance to the second terrace with seating. The heated pool includes a shallow section for children, a section for adults and also free sunbeds. Amarilla golf is a marina resort popular for its cleanliness, greenery, abundance of groomed trails around the water, and breathtaking views of the sunset over the bay at mount amarilla. There are two golf courses nearby - amarilla golf and golf del sur, which are open all year round. Near the apartment is a picturesque harbor where you can go on a jet ski trip or enjoy a coffee overlooking the water. Amarilla golf and golf del sur are also popular locations for a number of europeans who spend several winter months here at a time. You will find a rich selection of restaurants and bars, which are largely english in style.
