The rental price includes supplies of: (electricity, water, natural gas, 1g fiber-optic internet and weekly cleaning of common areas). The apartment has a smart tv and an international youth atmosphere. Rental conditions: the contracts are biweekly: if you sign a contract between the 1st and 15th of a given month, the full month must be paid. However, if you sign a contract between the 16th and 30th of a given month, you only have to pay half a month. Check-in time: 14:00 h - 19:00 h (monday to friday, weekdays). Departure time: 9:30am - 12:00pm (monday to friday, working days). Check-in/out outside working hours, weekends or holidays: 80 euros (check-in after 22:00 is not possible).
